My Private or Public mapped drive is missing : Perennia IT HelpDesk

1. Restart the computer - see if the drive is back.

2. Manually map the drive:

- Open Windows Explorer
- Go to This PC (Computer).
- On the top click Map Network Drive.
- In the Folder field type:

For Public drive:

\\apdc1\Public

Press Finish

For Private drive:

\\apdc1\Private\your name

Press Finish
