For all issues - before opening a new ticket please check FAQ's!!!
For "low" and "medium" priority issues such are: software updates and upgrades, "how to" questions and "I need new mice, etc" please open a new ticket. Email to support@perennia.ca
For "high" priority issues such are: "My computer is dead", email doesn't work and "internet is down" please open a new ticket and call or text Perennia IT support number.
